Spa Policies & Client Guidelines

Cancellation Policy

A 30% cancellation fee will be applied for no-shows or appointments cancelled within 12 hours of the service time. We understand that life happens, but last-minute cancellations prevent us from serving other clients who may need that appointment slot.

Illness Policy

Please reschedule if you are experiencing symptoms of illness. If you arrive sick, we may need to reschedule your appointment. This policy protects both our staff and other clients while ensuring you receive the best possible service when you're feeling your best.

Skin Conditions & Allergies

Inform us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to your service. This allows us to customize your treatment and ensure your safety and comfort throughout your appointment.

Respect & Conduct

We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and possible banning from future services.

Children in Treatment Areas

For the comfort, safety, and relaxation of all clients, children are not permitted in the treatment room or spa area unless receiving a service themselves and accompanied by an adult. We kindly ask that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment. This allows you to fully enjoy your treatment and ensures a peaceful environment for all clients.
